Hello 6th grade students and your families! Welcome back to our returning families and welcome to SWS for a new 6th grade family. I'm looking forward to working with you this year. See on Monday morning at 7:45 A.M.--that's when I'll be outside on the big parking lot to greet you. Don't forget to join Google Classroom, there is a special message there that is about FOOD.

CLASSROOM DOOR
The theme on this door is--"Are you ready for a BANNER year? In case you didn't know the triangles are actually banners, like you see hanging in church. What does BANNER YEAR, mean? Glad you asked. Well think about it. When a team wins something like--The Cubs win the World Series--the team and fans hung up banners and flags to show how happy they are and to show success. In church we hang banners for special occassions, such as Advent and Lent. Having a banner year, simply means, having a successful year, and that's what I want all of us to have. By working together, communicating respectfully, and doing our best, we will have A BANNER YEAR!
